An experienced licensed Real Estate Broker since 1997 practicing in Georgia (metro-Atlanta) first where she was a multi-million dollar producer year after year. She then moved back home to Illinois and joined Doug Payne. Together Doug and Judy formed Southern Illinois Realty in 2016 after leaving the previous company. Judy brings her experience in residential, commercial, luxury properties and land, as well as her experienced in marketing and technology.

Judy holds the prestigious designations of ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, AHS (Accredited Home Stager), RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert), PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and E-Pro. Judy has served on many committees with the Realtors Association of Southwestern Illinois (RASI) including Government Affairs and RPAC and the 2019 President of the Association.
